Point Of Correction (6/16)

You know how athletes envision themselves going their routine over and over in order to be at the top of their game when they compete?  Well, the same thing applies for behavior and interaction.  You can change your future behavior by changing the way you enacted past behavior.  I don’t mean time travel (though by all means go ahead and try that); I mean you can look at a moment where you wished you had done or said something differently and, by reviewing the situation in your mind and correcting the moment, you’ll be priming yourself to do it differently the next time around.
