Baby Steps (5/16)

 

When people think of therapy, they often think of the big revelation.  However, without baby steps, the ones that don’t seem to go too far or seem all that insightful or seem to solve any problem at all, how can you get to a major breakthrough?  Even though you can’t see where they’re leading you – and thus tend to believe they’re leading you nowhere – give yourself some credit for moving forward.
